Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Flusso service at flusso.finance, operated by [Flusso legal entity name] ("Flusso", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your company.
1.Acceptance
By registering for, accessing, or using Flusso, you confirm that you have authority to bind your company and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, where Flusso processes your company's data, our Data Processing Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2.Description of the service
Flusso is a multi-tenant, cloud-based cash-flow reconciliation service for Italian businesses. It parses Italian SDI e-invoices (FatturaPA), reconciles them against connected bank transactions, surfaces early-payment (Skonto) opportunities, forecasts liquidity, supports collections, and can prepare SEPA payments for human approval. Optional integrations — bank aggregation, e-invoicing, and accounting connectors — are available where a company chooses to enable them.
3.Accounts and eligibility
- The service is intended for businesses and their authorised personnel, not consumers.
- Access is organised by role — owner, admin, finance, member, and viewer — and the company is responsible for assigning roles appropriately.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully or in breach of applicable financial, tax, or data-protection rules;
- upload data you are not authorised to process, or attempt to access another tenant's data;
- probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent its security or access controls; or
- use the service to send unlawful or abusive communications through its collections or messaging features.
5.Fees, subscriptions, and AI credits
Paid plans and AI copilot credits are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise the applicable recurring or usage-based charges. Card details are handled by Stripe's hosted checkout and are never stored on Flusso's servers. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of applicable taxes.
6.The assistant is advisory only
Flusso's AI copilot and analytics are decision-support tools. They are advisory only and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Crucially, the assistant never moves money on its own: every payment follows an approval-first, maker-checker flow and requires explicit human approval before any SEPA initiation. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for all payment decisions.
7.Third-party integrations
When you connect a bank, e-invoicing, or accounting provider, your use of that provider is also subject to its own terms. Flusso is not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect features that depend on them. The providers we rely on are listed on our Subprocessors page.
8.No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reconciliation, forecasts, or analytics will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flusso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to [limitation of liability cap — to confirm], for example the fees paid in the [12] months preceding the claim. [Adjust caps and carve-outs per jurisdiction — to confirm.]
10.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. On termination, data deletion follows the 30-day soft-delete process described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
11.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and the courts of [competent court / venue — to confirm] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. [Governing law and venue to confirm.]
12.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13.Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to admin@flusso.finance, or by post to [Flusso legal entity name], [Registered address] ([Company registration no. / VAT]).
